A: The internet is fairly anonymous by its nature, so there's no easy way to track down a person who posts in your Cbox. Your Cbox records IP addresses though (see your Messages page), which allows you to ban people quite reliably. This tool may help you find a user's ISP's contact information, if you need to report abuse to them.
