A: You need to have cookies enabled in your browser in order to use the control panel. If you use Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy, and set the slider to Medium. If that doesn't work, click the Advanced button, tick the Override option and select Accept for both First- and Third-party cookies.
